I have a user running Outlook 2003 (fully patched) connecting to Exchange
2003 (fully patched) via IMAP on his laptop. I have all his folders configured to synchronize to his mailbox on the Exchange server. He works a lot offline composing and reading email when traveling. When he connects, all email he composed is sent just fine and he receives new email as he should. However, the emails that he sent from his laptop never show up on his desktop Outlook which is directly connected to the Exchange server via MAPI even after doing a complete synch. Can anyone shed any light on this problem? thanks in advance |

After checking all the folders we want to sync under the "Send/Receive
Settings - All Accounts" we just hit F9 for Send/Receive All. Shouldn't that sync all selected folders with his mailbox on Exchange? Of course, we have already subscribed to all the folders we want to sync under IMAP Folders. "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ...
