There are several instances where we use the reoccurance to schedule dates
and some of those dates fall on the fifth week of a month. While "Last Week" functions for most instances, "Fifth Week" is a requirement for those months longer than others. Outlook currently makes it impossible to make reoccuring appointments for the fifth week. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. How would that be different from last? I cannot really come up with an
example for which it wouldn't work. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more ----- "jztmn2" wrote in message ... An example: I am currently meeting with someone on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th
Tuesdays of each month. If there are not five Tuesdays in a given month, then we will only meet twice that month. If I select "last", then every month with only four Tuesdays will show that I should meet on the 4th Tuesday, which is not correct. The only way I know to represent this pattern in Outlook is to do it manually, which is an exceptionally poor option. "Roady [MVP]" wrote: How would that be different from last?
