Hi. I installed office 2007 Beta2 then needed to de install it today for a
training course I am attending tomorrow. I de installed the Beta from control panel but am now getting an error message telling me that me underlying Outlook 2003 cannot start as "MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused by installing other messaging software. Please reinstall Outlook". When i repair or reinstall office the problem does not go aeay and the error message keeps coming up. Any ideas how I fix this? -- HarryL |

Dan. I searcvhed for MAPI32.DLL in Support Knowledge Base on the Microsoft
Support site (http://support.microsoft.com/) and it told me how to fix the MAPI32.DLL error. This fixed the problem for me and OL2003 is back up and running. Might be worth giving it a try. -- HarryL "Dan Smith" wrote: Same error how do I get past this, Outlook 2007 Beta wored well for POP mail but when tried to connect to old exchange server at work get message that it is not supported, try to revert to Outlook 2003 and get error message below, can now neither use 2003 or 2007.
