Default Outlook 2007 and MSN

Installed Office 2007, outlook for work email works great.
I have a MSN premium account, so get mail nicely for via browser
I keep failing on Connecter, synch, whatever. Help info is not that helpful.
I ran the Outlook Connecter gizmo, forget its url, and now have it as item
on my toolbar.
But folders for my
email remain empty.

clueless.

If you have an MSN Premium or Outlook Live account and want to try to get it to work with Outlook 2007, you can download a new version of the Outlook Connector from http://g.msn.com/0CR1033/3.

I already did, that exact url.
I might add that even w/ 2003 on different PC i had immense difficulty.
Why are other email services easier to use in Outlook than my MSN premium?

Thanks for the update. I'll add the removal and addition of the account to my notes as a good step to follow.
