Office 2003 SP2
We have one user that in Outlook, when he composes and send an email, it comes out in TImes New Roman font. All of his settings are for Arial, and when he composes it, it is in Arial. But when any recipient gets it, it is in Times New Roman. How weird! Any ideas? Thanks |

Thanks. Actually, Rich Text Format is the only one in which it does work
correctly, so that does not seem applicable. Hi.. Anna here..
Ask ur friend to try this: 1. Open Microsoft Outlook. 2. Click "Tools". 3. Select "Options" in the drop down menu that appears. 4. Click "Mail Format" tab. 5. Click "Fonts…" button under "Stationary and Fonts". 6. Click "Choose Fonts…" beside "When composing a new message". 7. Select your desired font and size. 8. Click "OK". 9. Click "OK". Note: applicable for ms outlook 2002/2003 only "Bartly" wrote: Thanks. Actually, Rich Text Format is the only one in which it does work correctly, so that does not seem applicable.
