I have messages sent in Arabic that appears in inappropriate character set.
In Outlook Express, View Menu; one chooses Encoding and then the proper language. Also MS Outlook Assistance Website indicates that I must use encoding as in Outlook Express. My problem: I do not have "Encoding" item showing in my "View" menu of Outlook 2003 Pro! |
