I cannot open outlook 2003 and get the following error: "cannot start ms
office outlook. unable to open the outloow window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available." I went to ms web site and need to find the "office user settings" but do not know where to look? I think I need to change the "pst settings." |

Thunder, I am having the same problem with an existing installation of
Outlook! I am unable to specify the .pst file by using the Mail icon in control panel. Hopefully, we'll get some help!!
