I newly installed Office 2003 on a stand alone Desktop PC. When I tried to
configure Outlook a dialog box opened prompting for an Exchange Server. I closed the box and got the following erropr message: "Unable to open your default email folders. The information store could not be opened" -- kpearl |

The information store could not be opened" Click StartControl PanelUser AccountsMail (or Control PanelMail, depending on the Control Panel view) Click E-mail Accounts. Select the Exchnage account and click Remove. Add in the account you want. -- Brian Tillman |
