Default Outlook will not open

Outlook will not open after install.
Error message: cannot start ms office outlook, Cannot open outlook window.
The set of folders cannot be opened. Mapi was unable to load info service
msncon.dll.
I am currently running vista beta, I recieved same message when running XP.
I do not need to import user data this seems to be when it error occurs
