I have tried the suggestion about deleting the outcmd.dat file which does not
fix my problem. I have not customized any of the toolbars. Could the program hang because of the reading pane? I get to that point, everything else on the Inbox page has loaded including the to-do pane. but the reading pane is blank. It does not seem to make any difference if the message is graphics intensive html or plain text, the pane will hang about 90% of the time. And since it hangs, I can't change the view. Or is is some other cause I don't "see". Thanks in advance, -- John |
