Default Outlook 2000 PST Password

Hi, one of my users told me when she tries to add a pst file from her hard
drive to her Outlook, there is a password prompt for her. She told me she
didn't put a password for her the Personal Folder and now she cannot open the
folder. Is there anyway to un-password the folder or how can we retrieve the
pst file without a password?

Any help is very much appreciated.

Thanks
Ally

If a password was not set, it is possible the pst is corrupted. You've tried
the repair tool, scanpst?
or maybe
http://www.securiteam.com/tools/6G00B1F0AS.html
