I have a user whose Outlook 2003 will not allow me to open the delegate page.
I get an error whenever I click on the Delegates tab under ToolsOptions, I get "The Delegates page is not available. Unable to access Outlook folder." However the user is receiving email and is connected to Exchage. Also this user is not getting reminders from her calendar appointments. What is the solution to this? |
