Exchange 2003 on an Active Directory network.
I have a user whose attachments disappear. He reads a message with an
attachment using Outlook 2003 form his workstation, reads the next email,
when he goes back to the email with the attachment, the attachment is gone. I
have deleted and recreated his profile, uninstalled and reinstalled Office
2003 and the problem persists. It doesn't happen with any other users on the
same PC. Has anyone ever seen this? Is there a setting I am missing somewhere?
