My company has changed the hosting company for their website and as a result
their email provider. We can not access the email via Outlook on any of the PC's where an account for our domain was set up prior to the move however it works fine on any PC where it is being set up for the first time. I suspect that Outlook has resolved the server info on the PC's set up prior to the domain move and for some reason will not re-resolve the server info for the change. I have already tried deleting the email accounts in Outlook, then closing Outlook, then rebooting the PC, and then going back into Outlook and adding the account as a new account. I have also tried this using a completely new email account. None of it works. I need a way to force Outlook to re-resolve the server info. |
