i've installed outlook 2003 using local administrator credential on a brand
new pc and configured it to use exchange server with Use cached exchange mode checked. the problems are some options in outlook are grayed out when other non-administrator users logon to the same computer. for example, users cant make any changes for spell checking options and in Advanced e-mail option, the Display a new mail desktop alert (default inbox only) option is grayed out as well. also, for other users, Use cached exchange mode in the exchange server settings is grayed out as well. it seems it's permission issue, but i cant find a solution for it. please help. |
