Default E-mail Layout

I am having trouble with outlook 2003. Each time I send an e-mail, I have to
change the font color to black, adjust the paragraph spacing to '0' and move
my signature block to the left of the page (the system indents it which cuts
off the right side). Is there a way to set the defaults in lieu of having to
change them every time?
