I guess the question now is, what file does outlook 2003 safe mode disables
from running to allow this rule to be run by users. (Remind you that, regardless of what add-in, regardless of outlook version, clients running, I can login as me to any pc, any client I am ok creating this rule, because I am domain admin) Don't know if this helps you. MC |

Safe mode also disables COM add-ins, as well as the older add-ins in the Add-in Manager. Not all COM add-ins will show in the COM Add-ins manager dialog, though. In particular, those registered in HKLM will not be visible to the user. The VBA sample at http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=376 creates a report on *all* COM add-ins that might reveal something.
