I've updated an admin install of Office 2003 Pro with the Dec Outlook 2003
Junk-Email update and refreshed the installation on two test machines. Afterwards, I've checked the version of outlkflt.dat and it still shows the original July date. I checked the admin install location and the updated .dat file is there. If I try to manually install the update, it tells me it's already installed.
