Allow Outlook folders to be locked in place so not moveable.
I have found Outlook folders accidentally moving with the mouse pointer,
especially with the touchpad on notebooks. 'Twould be gyreatly appreciated to have a global or local boolean "Don't move" property to prevent the movement. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
