![]() Late Reply but .... BCM is for Microsoft Office 2003 Small Business Edition or Pro edition only. It will not work if you just have stand-alone Outlook installed, unless that Outlook came from Office 2003 SB or Pro CDs. Make sure Office 2003 is updated to the latest Service Pack before you install. Also BCM is located inside Outlook - you have to open Outlook and chose Folder View to see the additional obejects in the Folder list.
