Sorry, this is my first posting....
I have Outlook 2003. The error occurs when I receive an email from anyone and want to reply directly to them from their email. With their email open, I click on REPLY, type my reply then hit SEND. Immediately I get the message back - From: System Administrator with Subject: Undeliverable. The body of the message says the following recipient could not be reached..... However, I can click on NEW, type a message to the same email address and it goes through fine. There are three accounts, all are POP/SMTP. I only have one email account.
