Default e-mail through an ISP

Hi:

A client of ours is having trouble with her e-mail through Outlook Express.
She is trying to get the e-mail from a new ISP that she has.

When she checks her email, she doesn't have the correct password and it
won't let her sign on. She has to go through the ISP's web site and check
her email through there.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Perhaps the new ISP requires authentication, if the client is logging on via
a different isp
