I have outlook 2002 sp3 and am having trouble checking Hotmail.

I have tried to set up my Outlook 2002 SP3 to check my Hotmail acct. I keep
getting this error:
Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x800CCC19) : 'A timeout occurred while communicating with the server.' How
do I fix this?

Is this a free or a paid Hotmail account? If the former, you can't use
Outlook to access it. If the latter, contain Hotmail support, since you're
paying for their help.
