Default Unable to send - receive

I'm not able to send-receive using outlook 2003.
When I test my connection settings, the test is successful.
Just recently my System Administrator changed my account type to Power User
from Administrator. He also un-installed some prog. Now when i configure
outlook 2003 connection settings, test is successful but nothing happens when
i click on send-recieve button.
Outlook 2000 is working properly.
Am i missing some dll?

There's no way for you to have both Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003 installed
simultaneously. You're leaving out information.

Yes.
I got 2003 uninstalled and 2000 was installed. It works fine.
But when i upgrade that again to 2003, I'm not able to send receive. the
connection settings test though is successful.

Did you create a new mail profile (Control PanelMail) after upgrading?

I did so.
As I've mentioned before, the settings test is successful, but nothing
happens when i click on send/rec or press F9. No errors are reported.
Thanks

Interesting. Very similar situation here, except when I test my settings,
mine fail.
