but what happened to all my folders from the old Outlook?
I have now outlook 2003 which I like the look of & want to use ASAP but I
need to transfer all my old files & folders, address book etc from outlook 2000.I keep having to go back to 2000

In OL2003, FileOpenData File and browse to the old pst NB if you use this data file as your default you will be still using the old format, which has limitations. So perhaps copy data, NOT import, to the new OL2003 unicode pst, then close old pst "simplescouser" wrote in message ...
