Default How do I enable File and Print Sharing to allow Outlook Install

I just bought Office 2003 Professional Edition at the university bookstore
and when I try to install the MS Office Outlook 2003 w/ business Contact
Manager Update disk, I get a message that says to activate the File and Print
Sharing Service to allow installation.

I'm running on WinXP Home. I have the service allowed in my network
connections.

What do I do ?
