I'm trying to use outlook 2003 from home to access my exchange account... i
have Outlook Web access, but prefer to use Outlook. I set up access in the past but somehow downloaded and removed all my emails off the server to my home computer. How can I set this up properly to make sure I only synchronize and dont remove emails from the server? |

You have to use a true Exchange account, an IMAP account, or a POP account with the option to leave copies on the server enabled. -- Brian Tillman |

If you have an Exchange account and your delivery location is set to be your Exchange mailbox and not a PST, Outlook will leave the data on the server automatically. No setting needed. If yuo have the delivery location set to a PST then that's the problem. -- Brian Tillman |
