We have a VPC image which hosts Exchange Server and Outlook.Inorder to be
used by different profiles we have provisioned Remote Desktop Connections on to the same Server according to the profiles. In a majority of the profiles while opening the Outlook, it throws an error saying "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The file C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ast cannot be accessed. You must connect to your Microsoft Exchange Server computer at least once before you can use your offline folder file. However on the other hand the Outlook Web Access is working fine for all the profiles. The accounts are configured in Outlook as well as exchange. Any help with regard to this will be appreciated. |
