Default How do I reenable Qurb COM add-in?

I inadvertently asked outlook to disable Qurb when it had a problem. Now when
I try to reenable it in the Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | COM
Add-ins dialog I can set the checkmark, but as soon as I leave the dialog the
checkmark is automatically cleared. How do I get Outlook to allow me to
reeanable Qurb?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
