oK now that I have someones atteniton. I installed 2007 beta and had nothing
but trouble outlook kept crashing so I removed 2007 beta and reinstalled my Office 2003 pro. I now am no longer able to open other users mailbox even though I have full rights to they mailboxes. (using Exchange 2003) I can open then folder if I go to advance settings on my exchange server and try to add and email box I get the following "The Action could not be completed" I also get this in my event log The MOF file created for the Outlook service could not be loaded. The error code returned by the MOF Compiler is contained in the Record Data. Before the performance counters of this service can be collected by WMI the MOF file will need to be loaded manually. Contact the vendor of this service for additional information. I have removed my office installtion and Reinstalled it to no avial. Help |

Restore the backup. -- Brian Tillman |

I did the same thing and not only installed the Office Pro Plus 2007 Beta but
the Outlook 2007 beta as well. I am unable to install Outlook 2007 and get an error message that tells me some components are missing and to reinstall so I can later uninstall. I can't even get back to my Office Pro 2000 and I'll probably l;ose all of my email and contacts. I tried backing it up (exporting) to a earlier version pst file but since I can't get rid of the beta I don't know what to do. I've been to majorgeeks.com and the worldstart message board but could get no help. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of Office Pro and Outlook 2007 betas and get me back to where I started? Not at all, especially if you did not convert your original PST to a Unicode PST when you installed Office 2007. If you did convert it and cannot get Outlook 2007 reinstalled, you may be correct.. I tried backing it up (exporting) to a earlier version pst file but since I can't get rid of the beta I don't know what to do. Exporting is not backing up. Copying the PST while Outlook is closed is backing up. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of Office Pro and Outlook 2007 betas and get me back to where I started? You could do it by brute force and remove all references to Office 2007 from the registry and then delete the Office folder tree. You'll leave some DLLs behind, but I think it's likely they'll be overwritten when you reinstall the older version. -- Brian Tillman |

Help I am receiving the same error message described above; I have NOT installed 2007 Beta. I can not find anything anywhere that tells me how to manually load the MOF file, either. Does anyone have any idea how I can accomplish this? |
