I have set my Outlook to save all my Sent items. The only other option is to
not save them. I need some of these items but not all of them. The inclusion of a pop up or similar which says "Do you want to save your sent item?" once I've clicked send would mean I could save the important ones and delete the unimportant ones at the time. This would mean my Sent item box would be smaller and I wouldnt have to spend ages going through it deleting the unimportant ones. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
