Check the daily style settings to make sure you're not including the TaskPad.

One of our VPs wants his secretary to be able to print a daily calendar for him. It would seem this would not be a big deal, but to my surprise it is. The secretary has complete control over the other calendar and when we go to print and select daily style we get the error “The messaging interface has returned and unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook.” Now if you try to print any other view such as weekly or monthly it works fine. I have set up a few other test cases at my desk and the same error occurs. All machines have the latest updates for office 2003 SP2. Any suggestions or does anyone else have this problem. |
