I can only see email messages in my journal. I have been into Journal
options and clicked all the boxes to record file in Word Excel etc but still
nothing shows. It used to work fine but then my head office logged me on to
a Microsoft Exchange Server via a VPN connection and changed the version of
the Office Products from to Office 2000 from office 2003. Outlook is however
still the 2003 version. anyone got any ideas? It would be very helpful.

Outlook/Office versions must match for this to work.
