How to import personal folders file from 2002 XP to 2003?
I am trying to move a personal folders file from 2002 XP to 2003. After
exporting the file in 2002 XP and burning on CD, I copied the file to the hard drive with 2003 and removed the read-only access. When I try to import the file I get the error "The file xxx.pst is not a personal folders file." Help for "Convert a non-Unicode data file to a Unicode data file" describes the steps I have already taken but it is still not recognizing this as a .pst file.
