The outbak.dll is not in the Office 11 directory and the add-in does not show up for adding. The file is in the Office10 folder on my PC. In Outlook, click ToolsOptionsOtherAdvanced OptionsCOM Add-Ins. Click Add. Browse to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\AddIns. You should see outbak.dll. Select it and click OK.
