Hi All,
I've one machine with configuration: Win2000 SP4 and Office 2000. I am not able to configure Macro Security because whenever I try to open dialog box for same through menu [Tools-Macro-Security] nothing happens i.e. dialog box doesnt comes up. I have patched machine for latest security patches and tried to repair MS Office also but no luck at all. I dont want to un-install MS Office and install again because this machine have fresh installation. Please help me out. Thanks in advance. |

Any group policy objects in place that could be disabling access to specific

In addition to Neo's suggestion, shut down Outlook and use Task Manager to shut down any other applications that might be connecting to Outlook, such as a PDA sync tool or fax program. Then restart Outlook and try again.
