Default Outlook Printing Problem

When I print certain emails in outlook (using Windows XP pro 2002, all
updates installed) and outlook pro 2003 (all updates installed) to an HP
Laserjet 2600n printer my outlook kicks out (Latest Laserjet XP driver
installed). Any ideas?
