Default How do I have multiple profiles open an once

Using Outlook XP, we have created three (3) mail profiles. #1) uses Exchange
2000 account on our SBS; #2) uses pop3; #3) uses pop3. These profiles are
used to maintain different company presents when sending/receiving emails.
How can we have each profile running at the same time? Right now we close
outlook, restart outlook and select the appropriate profile. There has been
times when an important email is missed because the user is in a different
profile configuration.

In one of the profiles go to Tools--- E-mail Accounts---- and choose See or
Change... ---- go to Add, and configure, the second profile, do the same for
the last one

You cannot have multiple profiles open simultaneously.

This creates all emails to be received & sent into one mailbox; It will not
allow me to have seperate & distinct contacts; inboxes; calendars. What I
really want is to have a seperate outlook running for each profile and have
them running at the same time.

So, there is no way, you could if all your profiles were Exchange, but you
have pop3 so, you need to open each profile each time

You're describing adding an account, not a profile.
