How do I install MS Mail in Outlook 2003?

The office I operate from uses peer to peer network connected directly using
Windows. We also have MS Mail installed for internal communications. I am
using Office 2003 on my lap-top and have installed Internet and POP3 mail on
Outlook 2003 but am not able to install MS Mail. Please help.
