I have a user who's name was originally misspelled during initial setup.
All locations on the Exchange Server have been corrected, address, login name, etc. EXCEPT, the folder list root (the top of the tree that contains "Calendar" "Contacts" "Deleted Items" etc. still has the incorrect spelling in it. So far, I have not found any area where this can be corrected. The properties dialogue box appears to allow the item to be renamed (not gray) however, it does not accept any new typing there. Is this something that can be changed? (It has no functional difference, other than the user is going to mention it to me repeatedly for her entire career otherwise.) |

After changing all the name field you must recreate the mail profile.
