Default How can I prevent Outlook from shuting down

When I have opened Outlook and the Outlook-icon appears in my "Start bar",
Outlook shuts down if its active and I press the icon.

How can I prevent this from happening?

If I do a similar thing with other task-icons it just switch between the
active and the last active window.
