I've tried numerous times to uninstall office xp and then reinstall, but
everytime I open outlook, it pulls up my same data that I had before. How can I completely uninstall everything and get back to a TRUE fresh install? I've done a virus scan and I have none, but basically what happened was i had messages stuck in the outbox, or at least it appeared as so, until I got a phone call from a friend saying that he got 20 copies of my email. Also, when I tried deleting the messages from the outbox, it gave me an error and said I needed to restart Outlook. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |
