Default is there a way to set the font for incomming email in Outlook?

I have someone here who can't read certain fonts.... is there a way to set
his Outlook so that all his email comes to him in a font that he can read no
matter what the sender used in the first place? I know how to set it as a
default for writing, sending, or replying to an email....just don't know if
this other is possible.

'Tools|Options|Preferences|E-mail Options', add a checkmark to the "Read all
standard mail in Plain Text" checkbox followed by 'Tools|Options|Mail
Format|Fonts', click "Choose Font" for the "When Composing and reading in
Plain Text" section.
