Default My outlook e-mail is not downloading

I am setting up my outlook file for the first time and do not understand why
I get this message:


Task 'http://webmail.gammo - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC35) : 'The
server cannot process the request. You may not have cookies enabled for your
e-mail server's domain. To enable cookies, check your browser's privacy
settings.The server responded 'Method Not Allowed'. '
