When an email message is been recalled , If the recipient had the outllook
open. We have observed it takes couple of minutes for outlook to process the recall and by that time most people will read the original message to see why it's being recalled . Please let us know how to fix this issue at your earliest . It has been observed the above explained delay is not experienced in Exchange 5.5 . Please explain how outlook suppose to behave for a message recall in following setups , * When mails are directly delivering to the PST (By Changing the delivery location to PST ) * When a original mail is delivered to a different folder by a rule . * When the outlook is closed . Also let me know whether the above answered applies to all Outlook versions (97 ,98 , 2000 , xp , 2003 ) |
