After an automatic Windows Update last week, every time I try to launch
Outlook 2000, I get the error message that Outlook has experienced a problem and needs to close. The additional information references msvcrt.dll, but as far as I can determine, I have the most current version of that file. Has anyone else had the same problem, and if so how were you able to resolve it. I have updated Office with all the latest updates and security patches. I am currently using Windows XP Home Edition. Thanks. |
