business contact manager...
Had trial version of business contact manager, which I was advised to completely uninstall before installing Outlook Professional. OK, so saved PST's e.t.c - but when I put the first of the 3 CD's in the drive 'Microsoft Office Professional (Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager Update)' I got the a popup with the following message: "Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 must be installed before you can install Business Contact Manager for Outlook. Install Outlook from CD 1, and then Start Business Contact Manager for Outlook Setup again" This was confusing as there is no "disk 1" - the other 2 discs are service packs. Why is the machine assuming I want to install business contact manager and not Outlook / Office? Any ideas? d. |
