I type an email address, my computer no longer fills it in. Help

Today my computer stopped filling in the email address of my SEND TO: I went
to Tools-Options-Email Options-Advanced Email Options and selected "Suggest
names while completing TO, Cc, and Bcc fields, but it is still not working.
HELP!!!!

If its an address you've never used before, it's not a surprise. The
autocompletion cache is not connected to your contacts in any way. It could
also be a damaged mail profile, but we'll need additional symptoms from you
in order to tell for sure.
