Default I uninstalled Outlook and now I can't reinstall it.

I uninstalled my Office 2000 because I had Word 2002 and didn't think about
it taking my Outlook away. I want it back but it won't let me reinstall it.
I get the message "Setup failed to locate a valid qualifying product on your
machine."

You apparently have an upgrade license, not a full license. You must
reinstall a version of Office prior to the version you're trying to install
now, like Office 97, so that the upgrade process can find it.

Or have the qualifying version CD available to point to during the
installation process
