I just bought a DELL 510 and used AlohaBob to transfer files from my old
computer to my new. My old computer used Windows 98. AlohaBob transfered the Outlook Express (I wanted to do this to transfer Contacts, Favorites, etc.) over to my new computer as well as a shortcut launch icon. Before the transfer I loaded Microftsoft Office 2003 on my DELL so it has Microsoft Outlook 2003. I can open up both versions of the Outlooks, but for some reason I can't get incoming e-mails for the Microsoft 2003 version. I can send e-mails (like this one). In the old version I can do both. What I would really like to do is get rid of the old version and use the 2003 version of Microsoft Outlook. Not sure what the exact fix should be or what the exact problem is. Does anyone know how I can uninstall the old version w/o affecting the 2003 version? |
